ExCo IN THE CLASSROOM: OGUN STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TEACH JAN PROGRAM IN SCHOOLS

Members of Ogun State Executive Council led by the Commissioner for Education, Hon. Modupe Mujota, embarked on a 3-week ‘ExCo in the Classroom’ initiative, during which they taught the JA Be Entrepreneurial program to over 3500 students in Abeokuta schools.

This activity commenced on the 15th of May, 2018 in African Church Grammar School, Abeokuta Grammar School, St. Peter’s College, Olumore Abeokuta, and Premier Grammar School with executives like: Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Chief Mrs. Yetunde Onanuga, Commissioner for Education, Science & Technology, HC Modupe Mujota, State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Afolabi Afuape, Commissioner for Housing, Architect Segun Abiodun, Commissioner for Urban and Physical Planning, Mrs. Ronke Sokefun, Ogun State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Dayo Adeneye, Head of Service, Abayomi Sobande, and other members of Ogun ExCo who led the students to develop business plans, advertising campaigns and competitive strategies for their business ideas. The winning ideas will be presented to the Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun during their graduation ceremony on June 5, 2018.
