Caleb is a lawyer who has interests in the nonprofit sector. He was a speaker at TEDxOAU in October 2018 where he spoke on ‘The Power of a Plastic Bottle’ and shared ideas on how plastic bottles could do as much as solve the problem of poor power supply in Nigeria.

He was recently awarded the 2018 Junior Chamber International (JCI) Ten Outstanding Young Personalities award for the Moral/Environmental Leadership category out of over 2000 nominations received nationwide. This award was presented based on the work he does in the area of environmental sustainability, clean energy, and climate change through his non-profit organization, Earthplus. It is also interesting to note that Caleb was awarded as the most outstanding participant during the JAN Venture in Management Program (ViMP) 2018 which he attended alongside 49 equally outstanding colleagues.
