All over the world, the week of November 12-18 was spent promoting entrepreneurial ventures in celebration of the Global Entrepreneurship Week. JA Nigeria joined the celebration in various parts of the country. In Port Harcourt, our program manager, Emmanuel Oturu along with some JAN volunteers participated in a 9km walk for Entrepreneurship and Awareness which was followed by an on-air feature at Nigeria Info PH 92.3FM to shed more light on how JA Nigeria is raising entrepreneurs through the JA Company Program. A Girlpreneurship event in Port Harcourt and Owerri featured JAN Staff and members of staff of Federal University of Technology, Owerri to inspire young girls to see the relevance of modern technology in developing global businesses.
