SASOL VISITS MAKOKO TO ENCOURAGE JA ITS TYME PARTICIPANTS

Corporate sponsors of the JA ITS TYME program in Lagos, Sasol Energy Limited, visited current participants at the Kindle Africa Centre in Makoko on April 12. Ms. Toyin Cameron, Public Affairs Manager at Sasol, urged the program participants to employ innovative thinking in enhancing their businesses.

Through the “JA ITS TYME” program (which stands for Immersion Training Strategy: Targeting Young Marginalized Entrepreneurs), out-of-school youth learn about entrepreneurship by working in groups to come up with business ideas, raise money to get the business started, market their business ideas and earn money while improving their communities.

Thank you Kindle Africa for your partnership and Sasol for your support and commitment to working with JAN to develop out-of-school youth.
