Junior Achievement Nigeria is partnering with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to reach the informal sector by empowering the youth with digital literacy skills.
The partnership was announced by Minister at the Africa Youth Day event organized by the ministry. At the event, the Executive Director of Junior Achievement Nigeria, Simi Nwogugu highlighted ways that the partnership can help JAN’s goal of empowering one million youth by the end of the year.
The Minister in his speech endorsed the partnership saying that it also aligns with his goals for his tenure. He also commended JAN for their work and expressed his conviction that the partnership would scale up the empowerment of Nigeria’s youth.
