2020 has been a year full of 1,000,000’s and firsts for us at JAN. With the support of Union Bank, we held the first-ever virtual LEAD Camp and reached over 200 girls across the country.

The over 200 young girls spent 5 days learning about Finance, Technology, Communicating with Confidence etc from 36 speakers some of whom had participated in the LEAD Camp themselves as saw the virtual nature as the perfect way to support JAN and encourage the young girls.

For the last 6 years, Union Banks has been the LEAD Sponsor of the LEAD camp thereby enabling us empower scores of future female leaders.
