As we continue in our journey of empowering young people to own their economic future, JA Nigeria has partnered with UPS foundation to equip young people with work readiness skills required to make them thrive in the emerging economy.

Through the implementation of the JA Career Success Program, students were empowered with the tools and skills needed to earn and keep a job in high-growth career industries. The program reached over three hundred students in select schools in Oyo State.

One of the participants acknowledged that she learned the 4Cs including critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. “I learned the importance of applying the 4Cs in my daily interactions with my peers; I believe imbibing these skills will go a long way in getting me ready for the world of work especially when solving various problems,” Esther said.
