We are excited to share a spotlight on one of our  annual programs with a historical record of being a transformative experience for young minds. Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) in Partnership with Parthian Partners, GB Foods and Mastercard proudly presents the 23rd Venture in Management Program – ViMP 2023. 

ViMP 2023 which is set to take place from September 11th to 15th aims at equipping selected members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and recent graduates with essential skills for General Management. The program’s rigorous classroom sessions, interactive case studies, and sessions with guest speakers empowers participants to make confident and informed business decisions. It creates a dynamic space for participants to engage in business classes led by world-class educators and professors as ViMP since inception takes place at Lagos Business School (LBS). Through compelling case studies mirroring real-world business challenges, attendees will gain insights into critical aspects of business management.  

Giving back to the community is another component of the program, as participants take part in Corporate Social Responsibility projects by educating students in schools using JAN’s curriculum. Another aspect of the program is the alumni mixer, where alumni from different parts of the world converge to network, discuss relevant topics, and challenge the most recent ViMP class. We conclude with the career expo, which includes connecting our world class leaders with over 20 leading companies.
