Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people with the skills and mindset they need to succeed in a changing world. Since 1999, we have reached over 1,000,000 young people across Nigeria through hands-on programs in financial literacy, work readiness, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy.
As a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, the largest and oldest economic education organization operating in more than 100 countries, JAN connects young people to real-world learning experiences that prepare them for future careers, business opportunities, and lifelong success.
Our footprint spans all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT, where we work with schools, communities, volunteers, and partners across the public and private sectors to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace. Through these collaborations, we help young people build confidence, develop leadership skills, and become active contributors to their communities
