Growing Impactful Businesses for National Transformation

Join Nigeria’s premier mini-MBA experience for high-potential graduates and gain the skills, networks, and exposure needed to lead in business and society.

The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is an intensive, one-week mini-MBA designed to prepare outstanding Nigerian graduates for leadership roles in the business world.

ViMP introduces participants to core business principles and ethical leadership through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and career development sessions. Each year, top-performing graduates, mostly in their NYSC year or recently completed, are selected through a highly competitive three-stage process.

Participants gain access to mentorship, networking, and job placement support, and they also contribute to the community by hosting career-readiness sessions in local secondary schools. Since 2000, ViMP has produced over 1,000 alumni, many of whom now lead in business, policy, and social impact spaces across Nigeria and beyond.
